Apparently, Vitamin D might help you age slower. Yes, the same vitamin you get from a walk in the sunshine. That big yellow thing in the sky which we normally only see for two week’s a year. According to scientists at Harvard (which sounds impressive, though they probably can’t even reverse into a parking space properly), taking a daily dose of the stuff for four years could knock nearly three years off your biological age.
